Ekushe Book Fair Sydney 2012 at Ashfield Park, Sydney

Ekushe Book Fair is knocking the door bell once again in Sydney. The day long Bangladeshi rich cultural program is a Symbol of remembrance for those who fought against Pakistan to retain Bangla as mother language.

Like every year the Book Fair (BOI Mela) will take place at Ashfield Park, Sydney where the Shahid Minar (The Monument) is located on the 19th February, 2012 from 10am to 6pm. The program will kick off with Provat Ferry at 9am and will display cultural program through out the day.

This year, there will be huge range of book collections from Dhaka and Kolkata which will include the very new book of Humayun Ahmed and other famous writers from Kolkata, said by Noman Shamim General Secretary of Ekushe Academy Australia.
